Based on local ingredients, follow our chefs as they bring back memories of flavors, textures, spices, as well as emotions. snacks & welcome drink *** Vietnamese spring rolls fresh vegetables wrapped in rice paper served with a dipping sauce Malaysian shrimp curry shrimps simmered in a mild spicy creamy coconut sauce served with jasmine rice vegetable jal frezi an Indian side dish of sweet peppers, tomatoes, and onions stir-fried in a dry tangy sauce shaved fennel and pear salad *** mango mousse
