Born in France and raised in a family of foodies, Christelle has been immersed in the kitchen from a young age, learning the art of cooking alongside her mother. This early exposure sparked a lifelong love for culinary creativity and the exploration of flavors.

Professionally, Christelle has a PhD in Sensory & Consumer Sciences and spent over 20 years building a career in consumer insights – a path that has taken her across Europe, North America, Africa, the Middle East, as well as Asia. These multiple travels not only broadened her cultural perspective but also deepened her understanding of global food trends and delights.

Trained as a French chef, Christelle combines classical techniques with international influences, with a particular specialization in select Asian cuisines. Her unique approach blends tradition with innovation, reflecting both a rich heritage and a worldly palate.

As a true culinary explorer, Christelle loves visiting cities around the world, immersing herself in both Michelin-star restaurants and vibrant street food scenes. From fine dining to local specialties, these experiences inspire her creativity in the kitchen and deepen her appreciation for the diversity of flavors and culinary traditions across cultures.
