Zizi is the Chef and Owner of Restaurant KLE in Kreis 3. She grew up surrounded by Moroccan rituals, Catalan traditions as well as Mediterranean markets. 


For the past six years, she has travelled and trained at some of the best restaurants in the world: Guggenheim Museum (Michelin*), Osteria Francescana (Michelin***), El Celler de Can Roca 

(Michelin***) as well as the awarded Schloss Schauenstein 

(Michelin***) where she became Andrea Caminada's mentee and right hand. Afterwards, Zizi decided to move to New York where

she worked at Blue Hill (Michelin**) and led the kitchen at acclaimed Cosme, where the discovery of Mexican food had a great impact on her own cooking.    


Zizi has now opened her own restaurant KLE where all her influences and experiences are reflected on a fully plant-based menu.
