Chef Martín is originally from Salta (Argentina) and has been a professional chef for decades. After attending culinary school in Argentina, Martín studied and cooked around the world (Italy, Spain, Greece, Portugal, Israel, Chile, Peru, Bolivia, Mexico, India etc.). He did an internship in Miami, after which he settled in Playa del Carmen (Mexico) for one year in order to specialize in local Mexican dishes. Afterwards, he spent some time in Asia to study the local cuisines and to obtain various gastronomic diplomas.  


Back in Argentina, he opened a restaurant which became the meeting place for a large and diverse public. Martín has been teaching cooking classes for many years and also appeared in various TV programs where he taught the art of cooking in practice. 


Martín now lives in Switzerland where he works in various restaurants and has his own catering business.
