This small country between China, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan has remained one of the most authentic artefacts of the Silk Road. As the product of a colorful history on the foot of the Pamir mountains, Tajikistan has developed a great sense of community, hospitality and a unique, but somewhat familiar cuisine.
